Raw material

To make our AAC block production line reliable and durable, TEEYER purchases steel from famous steel manufacturers in China. We only use steel plates that have not been rolled. A few underwater plasma cutting machines were purchased to guarantee the high precision of our autoclaved aerated concrete production machines.

Riveting and welding workshop

Welding robots were used to improve the productivity and welding performance. Thus we can get consistent AAC production equipment.

CNC machining center

All the parts that are related to the precision of the AAC products will be processed by our CNC machine tools after welding. The precise processing technique leads to a micron level error.

Assembly workshop

In the assembly workshop, all the cutting machines and other AAC equipment are assembled and tested before shipping.

Finished product area

The finished products will be stacked outdoor for 2 or 3 months. The temperature fluctuation can release the residue stress in the material. Thus the size precision can be kept stable.
